Labor and Social Security Law is one of the working fields in the focus of B/A Law. Against criminal and civil sanctions contained in the Labor and Social Security Regulations, the preparation and regulation of contracts, working hours, wages and other personnel procedures of employees to be employed by domestic or foreign companies for the sustainability of the work and accordingly to ensure labor peace in terms of employees and employer is very important when considering disputes that may arise in these matters.

In this concept, our team creates effective solutions for the establishment of the labor law infrastructure, its monitoring and elimination of existing risks; represents its clients during union- employer relations and collective bargaining negotiations; and ensures services of provision of employment and firing of employees, structuring of imperative technical and administrative staff according to the nature of the work, and especially provisions of job security.
